Code of Conduct at Cultural and Historical Sites

The ancient cities, protected areas and historical settlements around us are a shared inheritance. We ask you to observe the following rules during your visits.

These rules apply to every site listed on the Cultural Heritage Around Us page.

  1. At protected and excavation sites, stay on marked roads, paths and platforms.
  2. Do not take any stone, potsherd, coin, piece of marble or other find.
  3. Do not climb on, sit on or lean against structures, columns and walls.
  4. Do not write, scratch or leave any mark on any surface.
  5. Unauthorised digging and treasure hunting are strictly prohibited.
  6. Everything you bring leaves with you; no waste is left behind.
  7. Drone flights over protected sites require official permission.
  8. Commercial photography and filming require permission from the Ministry or the excavation directorate.
  9. Observe opening hours and the instructions of site staff.
  10. In buildings open to worship, keep quiet and dress appropriately.
  11. In residential areas respect privacy; do not photograph people without their consent.
  12. Do not pick up a find seen on the surface; leave it in place and report it to staff or the Museum Directorate.

Legal framework

These sites are protected under Law No. 2863 on the Conservation of Cultural and Natural Property. Damaging cultural property, unauthorised excavation and removing finds from a site are subject to criminal sanction. Reporting any cultural property found to the nearest museum directorate or civil authority is a legal obligation.

Die antiken Städte, Schutzgebiete und historischen Siedlungen unserer Umgebung sind ein gemeinsames Erbe. Wir bitten Sie, bei Ihren Besuchen die folgenden Regeln zu beachten.

Diese Regeln gelten für alle Stätten, die auf der Seite Kulturerbe in unserer Umgebung aufgeführt sind.

  1. In Schutz- und Grabungsgebieten markierte Straßen, Pfade und Plattformen nicht verlassen.
  2. Keine Steine, Scherben, Münzen, Marmorstücke oder sonstigen Funde mitnehmen.
  3. Nicht auf Bauwerke, Säulen und Mauern klettern, sich nicht daraufsetzen oder anlehnen.
  4. Auf keiner Oberfläche schreiben, ritzen oder Markierungen hinterlassen.
  5. Unerlaubtes Graben und Schatzsuche sind streng verboten.
  6. Alles, was Sie mitbringen, nehmen Sie wieder mit; kein Abfall bleibt zurück.
  7. Drohnenflüge über Schutzgebieten bedürfen einer behördlichen Genehmigung.
  8. Gewerbliche Foto- und Filmaufnahmen bedürfen der Genehmigung des Ministeriums oder der Grabungsleitung.
  9. Öffnungszeiten und Anweisungen des Personals sind zu beachten.
  10. In Gebäuden, die dem Gebet dienen, Ruhe bewahren und angemessene Kleidung tragen.
  11. In Wohngebieten die Privatsphäre achten; Menschen nicht ungefragt fotografieren.
  12. An der Oberfläche sichtbare Funde nicht aufheben; an Ort und Stelle belassen und dem Personal oder der Museumsdirektion melden.

Rechtlicher Rahmen

Diese Stätten stehen unter dem Schutz des Gesetzes Nr. 2863 über den Schutz des Kultur- und Naturguts. Die Beschädigung von Kulturgut, unerlaubte Grabungen und das Entfernen von Funden sind strafbewehrt. Die Meldung gefundener Kulturgüter an die nächstgelegene Museumsdirektion oder Verwaltungsbehörde ist gesetzlich vorgeschrieben.

Çevremizdeki antik kentler, sit alanları ve tarihî yerleşimler ortak mirasımızdır. Ziyaretleriniz sırasında aşağıdaki kurallara uymanızı rica ederiz.

Bu kurallar Çevremizdeki Kültürel Miras sayfasında listelenen tüm alanlar için geçerlidir.

  1. Sit ve kazı alanlarında işaretli yol, patika ve platformlar dışına çıkılmaz.
  2. Taş, seramik parçası, sikke, mermer ya da herhangi bir buluntu alınmaz.
  3. Yapılara, sütunlara ve duvarlara tırmanılmaz; üzerlerine oturulmaz, dayanılmaz.
  4. Hiçbir yüzeye yazı yazılmaz, kazınmaz, işaret bırakılmaz.
  5. Kaçak kazı ve define arama kesinlikle yasaktır.
  6. Getirdiğiniz her şey sizinle birlikte alandan çıkar; atık bırakılmaz.
  7. Sit alanlarında drone uçuşu yalnızca yetkili izinle yapılabilir.
  8. Ticari amaçlı fotoğraf ve video çekimi için Bakanlık ya da kazı başkanlığı izni gerekir.
  9. Ziyaret saatlerine ve görevlilerin uyarılarına uyulur.
  10. İbadete açık yapılarda sessizlik korunur, uygun kıyafet tercih edilir.
  11. Yerleşim alanlarında mahremiyet gözetilir; kişilerin izinsiz fotoğrafı çekilmez.
  12. Yüzeyde görülen bir buluntu alınmaz; yeri bozulmadan görevliye veya Müze Müdürlüğü’ne bildirilir.

Yasal çerçeve

Bu alanlar 2863 sayılı Kültür ve Tabiat Varlıklarını Koruma Kanunu kapsamındadır. Kültür varlıklarına zarar verilmesi, izinsiz kazı yapılması ve buluntuların alandan çıkarılması cezaî yaptırıma tâbidir. Bulunan kültür varlıklarının en yakın müze müdürlüğüne veya mülkî amirliğe bildirilmesi yasal yükümlülüktür.
